工作內(nèi)容:
o Assist in daily HR Admin operations
o Support the creation and execution of resilience and third-party risk management protocols.
o Assist third party onboarding process.
o Assist in identifying, measuring, monitoring, and reporting remaining and emerging risks.
o Receive training on identifying and addressing issues leading to unexpected losses.
o Learn and apply Third-Party Management Policy and ORM Third Party Risk Standard.
o Function effectively within the Risk Governance framework and align risks with established parameters.
o Assist in building robust third-party risk processes throughout the diverse sectors and regions.
o Work closely with Risk Subject Matter Experts to comprehend and manage risks throughout the Third-Party Risk Lifecycle.
o Promote the understanding of resilience and third-party risks.
o Takes personal accountability for escalating, identifying, and managing potential risk; implements controls that enhance the client experience and operational effectiveness.
o Anticipates problems and proactively identifies solutions that address the root causes and result in meaningful improvements.
o Engages key stakeholders early and often and actively looks for opportunities to improve collaboration in achieving common goals.
o Enthusiastically promotes the unique needs and preferences of colleagues; makes active commitment to support HR team.

o Understanding of third party and resilience risk assessment methodologies, tools, and practices, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
o Familiarity with resilience and third-party risk management policy, and procedures
o Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to risk management, and ability to ensure compliance.
o Strong communication skills.
o Can identify issues and develop effective solutions.
o Familiar with data analysis and risk management software.
o Works well with others and contributes positively to the team environment.
