工作職責:
1.Develop and execute cluster-level retail operation strategies based on HQ guidelines and local market data.
基于總部指引與本地市場數據,制定并執(zhí)行大區(qū)級零售運營策略。
2.Oversee daily store operations, enforce brand standards, and ensure premium customer service and environment management.
監(jiān)督門店日常運營,執(zhí)行品牌標準,確保優(yōu)質服務與環(huán)境管理。
3.Drive local marketing and compound sales initiatives, integrating new media and in-store promotions to boost traffic and conversion.
推動本地營銷與小區(qū)銷售活動,整合新媒體與店內促銷,提升客流與轉化。
4.Train and customer teams on SOPs, sales skills, and customer engagement competence.
培訓與賦能經銷商團隊,提升標準流程、銷售技能與顧客互動能力。
5.Monitor store performance, analyze financial and operational data, and propose improvement actions.
監(jiān)控門店績效,分析財務與運營數據,提出改進建議。
任職資格:
Education
學歷要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
本科及以上學歷,工商管理、零售管理、市場營銷或相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Experience
經驗要求
Minimum 2 years in retail operations, preferably in home appliances, building materials, or furniture. Experience in multi-store management, SOP implementation, and customer training is essential.
至少2年零售運營經驗,具備家電、建材或家具行業(yè)經驗者優(yōu)先。需具備多店管理、SOP落地與經銷商培訓經驗。
