Overview of the Role:
Role focused on supporting the Assortment Planning team for the daily planning work and O9 system rollout
Job Responsibility:
61 Provide hands-on support in seasonal assortment planning which connect with O9 system:
82 Develop a strategic framework for seasonal product investment planning
82 Align plans with input and collaboration from key stakeholders, including MFP partners and the Merchandising team.
82 Continuously monitor product performance and optimize future season inventory and investment based on the latest trends
82 Analyze product performance, including sell-through rates, color performance, and SKU productivity.
61 Lead coordination and tracking of project timelines/milestones and issue resolution for the O9 system implementation
61 Support documentation, testing and training throughout the system rollout process
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
61 Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Assortment Planning experience with apparel / footwear/ Equipment is a MUST
61 Comprehensive understanding of retail math
61 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
61 Ability to interpret sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business
61 Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel and Power Point
61 Project management experience is a plus
Experience Required (Soft skills):
61 High profile x-functional communication
61 Minimum 5 years of experience in assortment planning, buying or related fields
61 Strong team player and management on all aspects of the business
61 Learning agility
61 Bachelor degree or above
61 Fluent in Chinese
