82 Manage calendars, including scheduling appointment, meetings and teleconferences
82 Arrange domestic and international travels, T/E creation and reimbursement, travel agenda, etc

82 Manage finance payment process for the team
o Create PO in system monthly
82 New vendors set-up in the system, follow contract process with internal and external team, arrange payment to vendor
82 Work closely with finance to manage the budget and forecast processed
82 Support contract management
82 Support Business Team

Requirement
5 Years Administrative support experience
Bachelor degree
Strong written and communication skill both in English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal skill
Strong project management skill
Confident and assertive
Self-starter and creative problem solver
Detail oriented and organized
