職位職責(zé)：
1.Responsible for drum production process incl. metal sheet forming, laser welding and assembly, and related hydraulic and
linear transfer system;

3.Responsible for automation stabilization, parameters optimization and working on the improvement of OEE and productivity;

4.Support the daily troubleshoot in the prefabrication area and proactive to lead the problem solving from technical perspective to secure the production continuity;

5.Act as LPO(local process owner) role, cooperate with GPO(global process owner) to execute the PLC standards and contribute your ideas for the improvements;
擔(dān)任本地流程負責(zé)人（LPO, Local Process Owner）角色，與全球流程負責(zé)人（GPO, Global Process Owner）協(xié)作執(zhí)行PLC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并提出改進建議以推動流程優(yōu)化；
6.Cooperate with equipment supplier to draft the specification, conduct the pre-acceptance, support the installations, perform the test to prove the capability of the
equipment and follow up the final acceptance in the factory;

7.Cooperate with new product project (conducting DfA, FMEA analysis), support pilot series production and work on the process improvement;

8.Cooperate with the capacity increase, quality improvement and productivity improvement project in the factory

職位要求：
1.Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering, material science and forming or automation
本科及以上學(xué)歷，機械工程、材料科學(xué)、成型或自動化專業(yè)
2.Machinery and metal forming field experience機械和金屬成型領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗
3.Projectexperience　項目經(jīng)驗

6.AutoCAD and other 3D software average user AutoCAD等3D軟件使用者
