About the Role:
? Support assigned business groups/departments of China organization on end to end recruitment activities.
? Deliver high quality recruitment service in a high-paced, dynamic work environment consistently by partnering with the business that matches their needs, and on time.
? Manage a full life-cycle recruitment process, from research and sourcing through the offer and acceptance. Make sure a good candidate experience in place.
? Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders with proactive communication and strong customer service skills and mind-set
? Manage the selection, presentation, negotiation, offer, closing and administrative aspects involved in full-lifecycle recruiting
To succeed in this position, you:
? At least 3 years in full cycle recruiting, in a corporate MNC environment, better in manufacturing industry with a successful track record of hiring delivery
