Job purpose: Collaborate with global simulation experts to optimize the design of industrial products and meet the functional and molding requirements of plastic products. Familiar with the different properties and processing requirement of plastic materials, providing design, molding, and assembly support for different projects.
Job description:
1. Work with global simulations experts to implement methods for product design, and carry out design change to meet targets such as weight reduction, cost efficiency, stiffness enhanced or process improvement etc. The product involves different application fields of plastic, such as automobiles, electronics, packaging, home appliance etc
2. Redesign non-plastic products, such as metal, SMC or wood materials, to meet the processing characteristics of plastic molding, and combine the advantages of plastic such as weight reduction, functional integration and high design freedom. Products includes some exterior styling and surface design.
3. Modify existing plastic designs, such as internal structural components. Based on part mechanic and processing requirements, to modify the design, such as reinforcing ribs or wall thickness modifications
4. Familiar different material property and plastic application process(such as injection molding, blow molding) and mechanical properties
5. Participate in various internal innovation projects and interface with processing engineers from global application team to help implement the CAD designs into tooling, and product design, mold design, trial and assembly.

要求：
1. Bachelors or master degrees in any relevant majors(Mechanical design/ Manufacturing Engineering /industry design)
2. 2 years Industrial design experience, better worked in Automotive/Electrical and electronic/home appliances/rigid packaging fields etc.
3. Skillful use at least one 2D and 3D software (such as AutoCAD, UG, SolidWorks, etc.,)
4. Collaborate with colleagues from different countries and have basic English communication and writing skills
